Refund policy

We currently accept select returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for food goods.

Returns

Returns are allowable for goods if they are in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please email us at ola@myportuguesemarket.com for returns. Please include your Order # in the Subject Line.

**For the Chulé sock collection, we will accept returns if the tag has been removed, but the socks must be in original, unwashed, and undamaged condition. The above refund conditions apply.

Exchanges

We only exchange products if they were damaged upon receipt.  Please send an email with a picture of the damage to ola@myportuguesemarket.com explaining the damage. Please include your Order # in the Subject Line.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
