Sardines caught in the Atlantic and canned by hand on the spot in Matosinhos, Portugal. With a little bit of carrots and little bit of cucumbers a little bit of Malagueta spicy pepper, and a whole lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, this little tin packs a not-so-little punch.

Ingredients: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus ) (70.8%), Olive Oil (20%), Carrots (2.5%), Cucumbers (1.7%), Malagueta Chilli Pepper (1.7%) and Salt.
