Be Aromatic partnered with Bagas Bravas to showcase two completely different but equally unique types of honey: Northern and Southern.
Northern Honey is an organic raw honey harvested once a year, respecting the natural cycle of bees, in the Montesinho Natural Park, a protected mountain area in the Northeast of Portugal: Trás-os-Montes. It offers intense aromas and flavors of wild flowers — rosemary, chestnut, thyme, silva, and oak honeydew.
Strong flavor of dried fruits, with a slight bitterness. Perfect to pair with strong cheeses.
Best before 5 years if stored in a cool, dry and dark environment.
