José Gourmet Red Berries Jam

This small fruit ballad is big on taste. Not excessively sweet, but packed with the berries that make us smile. Perfectly plump texture (hi cheese pairing), this jam is delightfully balanced in flavor (and not crazy sweet). 

The fruition of popular Portuguese produce, all fruits in this preserve (Queen Claudia plum, red peach, Beira cherry, strawberry) are locally grown on small farms.

JOSÉ Gourmet jams are affectionately handmade with traditional recipes and approximately 70% fruit and 30% sugar. No artificial chemicals are used and conservation is naturally obtained by pasteurization in large pots of boiling water.
