The range of olive oils at Quinta Mourisca stands out for its monovarietal olive oils and blends.

The unfiltered "Altitude" Olive Oil from Quinta Mourisca is cold extracted from olives of the Cobrançosa, Madural Verde and Verdeal varieties, all from organic cultivation and certified as D.O.P. Trás-os-Montes. The olives are harvested when ripe, from olive trees located at 1000 meters of altitude, lending to a more intense flavor profile. 

Ideal for any diet, including the Mediterranean diet, recognized by the World Health Organization as the most balanced.
