The unfiltered "Madural" Olive Oil from Quinta Mourisca is cold extracted from olives of the Madural variety, all from organic cultivation and certified as D.O.P. Trás-os-Montes. The olives are harvested when green, lending to a spicier flavor profile. 

Ideal for any diet, including the Mediterranean diet, recognized by the World Health Organization as the most balanced.
