One of our most favorite pairings of all time (typically in pasta), this hand-packed tin of trout with garlic and parsley is just kinda perfect.
Trout is a freshwater fish, well known on the Portuguese menu. ABC+ sources theirs from the Rio Coura, in the north of the country. Rich in minerals, protein, vitamins, and flavor, this heavy hitter is a favorite in any sauce it shares. Aglio Olio is a simple and creamy sauce where the fresh flavors of garlic and parsley take center stage. Complimenting each other, yet never hiding the taste of the fish. A perfect bite of herbal, uplifting summer.
