Be Aromatic partnered with Bagas Bravas to showcase two completely different but equally unique types of honey: Northern and Southern.
Southern honey is a raw honey harvested once a year on our farm, in Alentejo, respecting the natural cycle of bees. Honey with a multifloral aroma, including pennyroyal, rosemary, lemon balm, lavender, arbutus tree and the farm’s many wild flowers.
Smooth caramel flavor with strong floral notes.
Best before 5 years if stored in a cool, dry and dark environment.
